Procedure

1. Collection of the necessary documents (annual accounts, account statements, previous tax declaration, ...) online or on site
2. Preparation of the declaration
3. Submission of the declaration for control
4. Billing for the service
5. Electronic submission of the declaration to the tax authorities (supplement)
6. Tax representation and adjustment of installments (supplement)

Through an annual tax representation mandate, you delegate and authorize us, according to your defined limits, to:

• Create and submit your declaration (access credentials)
• Indicate us as the reference person (tax questions, requests for supporting documents, appeals)
• Monitor deadlines and tax correspondence (control of deposits, tax notices)
