Terms and conditions

• You will receive a request to leave a review on our website a few days after placing your order
• Each review entitles you to 1 gift (up to the value of the amount paid for your order or CHF 30.-)

• Valid for 10 days following the review with the code "MERCI" (the order will be validated)

• Gifts can also be purchased independently of a review
• Deliverable only within Switzerland (while stocks last)

• Rental rates are daily rates
• Service contract rates are monthly flat fees
• The applications (files) are delivered to you customized within 24 hours. They can be freely adapted to your needs

The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due).

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (free shipping on orders of 2 or more items).
Payment for on-site services is made via e-invoice (due in 10 days), while remote deliveries require payment in advance.

You can also place an order at no cost to receive a quote.
