Tax representation
Description
Tax representation mandates (individuals and companies), without tax return
By an annual tax representation mandate, you delegate and authorize us according to your defined limits to:
- Indicate us as the reference person
- Process tax correspondence (reception of documents, questions from the tax authorities, requests for supporting documents, appeals)
- Follow deadlines and tax correspondence (control of deposits, tax notices)
- Advise you and respond to your requests
Process
You will receive a representation contract to sign. We will provide you with a shared Cloud folder where you can find and submit your documents relating to your declaration at any time.
The mandate is limited to the last tax period (previous year) for direct taxes.
Tax simulations and declarations are not included, the mandate entitles you to a 20% discount on all tax services.
Return shipping costs may apply. The refund may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.

Terms and conditions
- You will receive a request to leave a review on our website a few days after placing your order
- Each review entitles you to 1 gift (up to the value of the amount paid for your order or CHF 30.-)

- Deliverable only within Switzerland (while stocks last)
📦 Payment/delivery information
- Rental rates are daily rates
- Service contract rates are monthly flat fees
- The applications (files) are delivered to you customized within 24 hours. They can be freely adapted to your needs

The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (free shipping on orders of 2 or more items).
Payment for on-site services is made via e-invoice (due in 10 days), while remote deliveries require payment in advance.
You can also place an order at no cost to receive a quote.
We are not subject to VAT.
