Online order form for extras for your guests (on our or your site)
Offer your guests the possibility of ordering additional services for their stay (reference example):

Operation
- You order the costs of publishing your form by sending us the data to insert (flat rate prices). Subsequent modifications at will are included in the price
- We collect orders and take care of online collection in advance from your customers
- We send you the orders with payment, retaining 15% per order
- Your customers will automatically receive an evaluation request visible on the form
In case of unavailability, we offer our personal customer support services in French-speaking Switzerland:
- transport and shuttles
- reception and handover of accommodation
- telephone contact during rental
- on-site intervention during the rental
- final inventory
- concierge service
Return shipping costs may apply. The refund may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.
Payment/delivery information
- Rental rates are daily rates
- Service contract rates are monthly flat fees
- The applications (files) are delivered to you customized within 24 hours. They can be freely adapted to your needs
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, no contractual obligation!
The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (free shipping on orders of 2 or more items).
Payment for on-site services is made via e-invoice (due in 10 days), while remote deliveries require payment in advance.
You can also place an order at no cost to receive a quote.
We are not subject to VAT.
