Manual and regulations for your accommodation (on our or your site)
Allows you to transmit an online manual of housing rules (reference example):
- Arrival/departure instructions
- Access codes (Wi-Fi)
- Use of appliances (heating)
- Restrictions (smoke, noise, etc.)
- Additional costs (electricity, charges)
- Proposed activities/events
- Services available
- Sharing good addresses (links)
- Safety instructions (Fire)
- Emergency contacts (first aid)
Operation
- You order the publication costs for your page by sending us the data to insert (flat rate prices). Subsequent modifications as desired are included in the monthly package (3 months free)
- We take care of online collection in advance for your customers if desired
- We will send you payment immediately, withholding 15% from the amount
- Your customers will automatically receive an evaluation request visible on the form
Return shipping costs may apply. The refund may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.
Payment/delivery information
Rental rates are daily rates.
Mandate prices are monthly flat fees.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, no contractual obligation!
The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due!).
The price of deliveries is displayed in the basket.
Payment is made against e-invoice within 10 days, payable in advance for remote deliveries. You can also place an order to receive an offer.
