Registration form for the online check-in of your guests (on our or your site)

Online registration facilitates the arrival and clarity of useful information or customer needs your hosts (reference example):

• Avoid repeating all questions in writing or orally
• Arrival/departure instructions
• Request arrival/departure times
• Request for security deposits
• Collection of identity documents
• Collection of tourist taxes
• Meal suggestions or activities
• Orders for additional services, transport or rentals (fixed prices)
• Transmission of document after payment (guide, photos, etc.)

Operation

1. You order the costs of publishing your form by sending us the data to insert (flat rate prices). Subsequent modifications at will are included in the price
2. We collect the registration and take care of the online collection in advance for your customers
3. We send you the information with the payment, retaining or charging an amount of fr. 30.- per registration (orfr. 50.-by managing a security deposit)
4. You can monitor your rentals with a dashboard of your rental
5. Your customers will automatically receive an evaluation request visible on the form

• reception and handover of accommodation
• telephone contact during rental
• on-site intervention during the rental
• final inventory
