Concierge Service
Description
Technical and logistical management of your rental
You can rent your accommodation even if you are not there, without having to worry about reception and maintenance:
✔️ We provide the concierge service for your rental by welcoming your guests if necessary
✔️ We ensure the cleaning and tidying up of the accommodation at the end of the rental
✔️ We also provide on-call assistance during the rental for your guests
Location
✔️ We travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland from fr. 60.- to the location that you can indicate in the delivery address
You benefit from 10% on all your orders by entrusting us with the rental of your accommodation!
We will make sure to personally welcome your guests in the best conditions!
Return shipping costs may apply. The refund may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.
Payment/delivery information
- Rental rates are daily rates
- Service contract rates are monthly flat fees
- The applications (files) are delivered to you customized within 24 hours. They can be freely adapted to your needs
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, no contractual obligation!
The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (free shipping on orders of 2 or more items).
Payment for on-site services is made via e-invoice (due in 10 days), while remote deliveries require payment in advance.
You can also place an order at no cost to receive a quote.
We are not subject to VAT.
