We offer the rental of your property (room, apartment, house, B&B, hotel, etc.) in Switzerland or abroad on our site (reference example) and the main international rental platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Google Hotels) as well as support for reservation management shared jointly according to your needs:

• maintenance and configuration of the published announcement
• management of prices, promotions and taxes
• availability management and synchronization
• message programming (reservation, arrival, departure)
• responses to customer messages (fr/de/en)
• registration form for check-in on our site (reference example)
• complaints and complaints management

Operation

1. You provide us with the details of your rental for publication or maintenance
2. You share access with us for management on your platforms (Co-host)
3. We share the management tasks that you delegate to us
4. The package is renewed monthly which you can cancel at your convenience

In case of unavailability, we offer our personal customer support services in French-speaking Switzerland:

• transport and shuttles
• reception and handover of accommodation
• telephone contact during rental
• on-site intervention during the rental
• final inventory
• concierge service

By entrusting us with your property to rent, you benefit from a permanent reduction of 10% on all our services for your accounting, tax returns or your own rentals!
