When opening the personal budget:

1. Opening the mobile budget located in the same folder
2. Verification and recording of the mobile budget expenses entered (section, amount, account, date)
3. Deletion of expenses from the mobile budget
4. Updating the budget and balances
5. Saving and closing the file
