We order for you (computer, printer, consumables, ...) your desired item new, used or rented, offering you the possibility of:
- global order for your needs (hardware, accessories, software and services)
- payment on invoice
- pick-up or delivery of the item
- on-site installation with our installation / warranty service
We do not charge for the service, the item is charged according to the official price. After verification of the order (price and availability), delivery is made within a few working days.
You can request an offer when ordering with the desired price and we will examine whether we can meet your wishes or offer you the item that meets your needs.
Return shipping costs may apply. The refund may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.
Payment/delivery information
- Rental rates are daily rates
- Service contract rates are monthly flat fees
- The applications (files) are delivered to you customized within 24 hours. They can be freely adapted to your needs

The packages are active from the day ordered and are billed monthly unless notice of termination (for the following month). If you do not wish to continue the following month, the payment of the monthly package will be refunded (additional services ordered remain due).
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart (free shipping on orders of 2 or more items).
Payment for on-site services is made via e-invoice (due in 10 days), while remote deliveries require payment in advance.
You can also place an order at no cost to receive a quote.
We are not subject to VAT.
